Little Guys.

Here's a collection of some of my little lights. The two on the top are my favorites, I am thinking dual headlight set-up. They all wort pretty well as taillights as well, I have a bunch of red lenses I have stashed away.

Here are three lights I just threw on ebay. A sweet brass job, and two copper beasts. The copper one on he right has a H4 bulb with hi-lo. Bright. I also had these vintage water-slide iron cross decals stashed away, so they went on there as well. I also have many more lights ready if anyone wanted to bypass the whole ebay thing.

Egg light gone.

The egg light is no more. Going to Nevada. Paul at Bones Legacy Motorcycles is going to use it on a build. I am sad to see this light go, but happy because I used that money to get a complete Dyna ignition for my bike. Right now I have points running my dual-plugged heads, so it will be nice to have an ignition that can drive those extra plugs a little more efficiently.

Here is another oddball light. No name, and very unique. I finished it up last night. Somehow I managed to fit a 50 watt halogen bulb in there, it is a pretty small light. Has a ribbed, angular tinted yellow glass lens that is a nice and mellow color...hopefully mellow enough not to get hassled from the fuzz. Here is is on my sickle. Testing it out on the way home from work tonight.

Up next.

This one just got listed. A S&M "Mercury". If you like it, I have another one that can be made just for you. I think it came out perfect, and I kinda dig it's size.....a commanding 7".  I rolled around with one very similar to this for a while, and it looks damn good on a narrowglide. If this one isn't your speed, stay tuned, I have a few crazy cool lights on the horizon.

As of today...

Well, yesterday riding home on my lunch break, the bolt holding my headlight mount broke. Fixed it, ate, then rode back to work to clock in. Halfway there my clutch cable snaps. I don't like riding without a clutch. Ran 3 stop signs and one stop light, but made it home. Fixed it late last night, tightened my primary chain while I was in there. Good thing I had an extra cable. Hopefully my bike likes ATF in the primary, because I didn't have any special 'sportster formula." Here is my bike as of today though.

Tail Gone...

Just finished this one up for Ryan in Wichita, going on his project xs650. He got a headlight from me a while back and decided to get the matching taillight. I love it when I can do pairs, it just seems to tie the bike together. Hope he is as stoked as I am, I think it turned out great.

From the Past

A variety of lights I have done in the past. If you see anything that interests you, hit me up. I have lots more lights stashed away in my cave.

A few more dollars

Here are a couple things I have on ebay right now. The first is a cool AMF era sporty tank. Cool and worn in the right spots. Next is another brass light...this one is different from my normal ones in that it has a HI/LO bulb and a heavy-duty toggle switch, but still only one wire to connect. I have never felt the need to run a dual-beam, but there are guys out there that have to get state inspections. Here's to you.

Out the Door

This pair is on the way out in the morning. Small headlight + Small taillight = Chopper goodness. They are headed to Brandon in Utah. Going on his sweet sportster. Check out what he has going on HERE.

Here's a sweet little taillight I finished a while back. I was going to use it on my bike, but instead decided to use a light that was all beat-up......? Anyway, it is a Guide B-31, and the lowrider "bolt-on-every-piece-of-original-doo-wop-felix-bumper-guard-chrome-fog-light-fender-skirt-coontail-and-GM-dealer-accessories-junk" types of guys seem to like them...a lot. I saw a few at the swap meet today, in cases, being polished with baby diapers. So I like the fact that I completely destroyed the chrome on it, and took the GUIDE mark clean off. I think it works and looks so much better as a brass chop taillight, much better than it's destined life bolted to a 49 chebby pickup with 314 other doo-dads. I actually LOVE lowriders -  the ones without goofy accessories bolted to them. The light is for sale.

Swap Meet

Sweet old tank. It is a GME. Standard ironhead sportster, 2.2g. The mural is choice, very choice.

A few have asked about the little vintage super antique fresh egg headlight, and it's size relation to a set of forks. 79 narrowglide. Here be a couple pics.

Another one ready

Just finished this one a few minutes ago. Brass KD lamp, with a clear fluted KD lens. Has a 12v 50 watt halogen bulb. Solid light with a nice traditional "Bates" chopper shape and size.

Damn fine video.
